Sherman Bridge is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Investment Real Estate Mortgage Loan Originator to originate residential investment property loans for both New Western-sourced clients and outside real estate investors. This is an in-office sales role focused on direct loan origination, relationship management, and business development. The MLO will serve as a trusted financing advisor to real estate investors and New Western agents by structuring financing solutions, managing the loan process from application through closing, and helping clients grow their investment businesses. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and understands the needs of residential real estate investors, including fix-and-flip operators, rental investors, and professional real estate entrepreneurs.
