Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in banking, customer service, financial services, investments, or a related field preferred. Relevant internships or internship experience will be considered.
- Series 6 license preferred (or willingness to obtain additional licenses)
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in the investment industry
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with IRA transactions, rollovers, transfers, and account inquiries
- Providing exceptional service and building strong client relationships
- Supporting Financial Advisors through appointment coordination and client preparation
- Maintaining accurate client records and CRM documentation
- Assisting with retirement seminars, financial wellness events, and client outreach initiatives
- Collaborating with branch and marketing teams to grow awareness of Investment & Retirement Services
- Learning the operational and client-facing aspects of the investment business
