About The Position

KKR is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Asset Liability Portfolio Services (ALPS) team based in Brighton, Massachusetts. This role is a key contributor to the firm’s investment operations function, supporting full lifecycle management, reconciliation, and control of all portfolio positions within Geneva. The Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the Fund Accounting and Controllership teams during monthly and quarterly closing, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. An ideal candidate will bring strong operational expertise, analytical rigor, and a proactive mindset to help optimize investment processes across a complex portfolio. Prior experience with Private Credit, Middle Market Loans, or Structured Products is preferred. The role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-performance environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, concentration in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred.
  • 3-6 years of experience in Investment Operations or a related function within asset management, fund administration, or investment banking.
  • Familiarity with Geneva and/or Wall Street Office preferred.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Self-starter with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency required; experience with VBA, Visio, or data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and adaptability in managing evolving business needs.
  • Positive, “can-do” attitude and a desire to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end investment lifecycle processing, including trade capture, reconciliation, and settlement.
  • Maintain and resolve cash and position reconciliation exceptions daily.
  • Provide fund accounting support for monthly and quarterly financial close processes.
  • Manage and oversee offshore operational support teams, ensuring adherence to process controls and SLAs.
  • Monitor and maintain position reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across portfolios.
  • Partner with internal functional teams to provide operational support around complexity and product onboarding.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational excellence across the broader Investment Operations group.
  • Corporate Action oversight and processing.
