About The Position

At Innovia Wealth, our Investment Operations Analyst plays a critical supporting role in executing trades, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring our investment and technology platforms run smoothly. Working closely with the Trading & Technology Manager, this role helps translate strategy into action through precise execution, strong systems support, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong interest in financial markets, investments and portfolio operations
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with Excel; experience with trading or reporting systems is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of trades in public securities under the direction of the Trading & Technology Manager
• Monitor portfolios, cash balances and market activity to assist with firm-wide and client-specific allocations
• Assist with rebalancing, tactical changes and trade reconciliation
• Prepare and distribute daily and periodic trading and activity reports
• Support compliance with regulatory requirements and firm trading policies
• Generate portfolio and performance reports for internal teams
• Support data accuracy and integrity within Tamarac and related systems
• Assist with data entry and ongoing maintenance of investment and account information
• Participate in periodic data audits and cleanup initiatives
• Support the day-to-day operation of Innovia's technology platforms across trading, reporting, CRM, and workflow tools
• Assist with system enhancements, upgrades, and technology-related projects
• Serve as an initial point of contact for basic system questions and workflow support
• Document processes and workflows to promote efficiency and consistency
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed on technology-related tasks
