As an Investment Market Manager within PNC's Private Bank organization, you will be based in Erie, Mechanicsburg, or Scranton, Pennsylvania. Investment Market Manager will be responsible for the Northwest, Northeast, and Central Pennsylvania markets. Thus, travel throughout the territories multiple offices is an expectation of the Investment Market Manager. Investment Market Manager will be responsible for managing 15 Investment Advisors. This will include continued training advisors throughout the territory. PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Requirements

• Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
• University / college degree.
• Industry experience is typically 8+ years.
• At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

• This position is subject to the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (FDIA) and, for any registered role, the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act) and/or the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), which prohibit the hiring of individuals with certain criminal history.

Responsibilities

• May provide portfolio/platform and relationship management services to a select number of clients with large and complex account types.
• Manages accounts in accordance with investment objectives that have been developed with the client, incorporating PNC's investment approach, philosophy and platform.
• Maintains expert level knowledge of complex investment and asset management strategies.
• Responsible for leading the growth of assets under management and the retention of clients for the market(s).
• Serves as a resource and proactively supports the market's acquisition of new clients and expansion of services.
• Participates or may lead the investment sales efforts for select large and complex investment prospect.
• Provides leadership and direction to investment professionals.
• Leads the performance management, hiring and coaching reviews of investment professionals.
• Executes risk management practices through the adherence to PNC's policies and procedures.
• Proactively identifies, resolves or escalates risk management issues.
• Accountable for the execution of policies and Regulation 9 in the market(s).
