About The Position

Serves as a senior client and internal liaison for complex trade inquiries affecting investment management clients. Leads the end-to-end coordination of high-risk, time-sensitive, or recurring matters involving trade capture, settlement, failed trades, market practices, cash or position impacts, and related servicing dependencies. Establishes clear ownership and brings together Product, Operations, Risk, Technology, relationship teams, and other subject-matter experts to investigate issues, communicate accurate client-ready updates, and drive timely resolution. Identifies recurring themes, facilitates root-cause analysis, documents corrective actions, and maintains follow-through until remediation is implemented, validated, and embedded in the operating model. Uses inquiry and issue trends to recommend process, control, data, training, and technology improvements consistent with governing agreements, applicable laws and regulations, and U.S. Bank policies and procedures.
