Requirements

May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds
Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment

Responsibilities

Work with COO of Investments and assist in oversight and management of $5+ Billion multifamily portfolio.
Assist with portfolio level analytics and strategic analysis.
Support execution of the firm’s investor relations strategy, including investor onboarding, communications, reporting, distributions, and responding to investor inquiries with a high level of service.
Maintain and update investor-facing materials, CRM systems, and internal databases
Assist in managing the firm’s transactional pipeline and related workflows
Support new investments through entity formation, EIN/tax ID procurement, and organizational chart development and maintenance – among other things.
Assist in reviewing tax, insurance, and title/survey materials for new acquisition opportunities, as needed
Contribute to the preparation of investment marketing materials for both internal and external use
Coordinate with third-party partners, including lenders, legal counsel, and other service providers
Collaborate cross-functionally with Acquisitions, Asset Management, Legal, and Management teams
Provide ad hoc analysis, reporting, and operational support as needed
Effectively communicate and interact with senior leadership
