We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Mercer. This role will be based in Boston, MA. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The Business Operations Analyst will work directly in the Global Chief Operating Officer group for Mercer’s Investment Solutions (OCIO) business, assisting with business planning, financial analysis and key projects. The role will report directly to the Business & Finance Manager. We will count on you to: Lead small scale projects along with developing and maintaining detailed project plans with goals and milestones. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements, designed to support the growth of our business and to adapt staffing models to business changes. Work with operational stakeholders to ensure that decisions are executed timely. Ensure that all new client onboarding compliance requirements are met. Assist with implementation of process improvements with the global team. Be risk-aware and contribute to culture of continuous improvement. Implementing and managing changes to ensure project goals are achieved. Work with stakeholders to understand and develop requirements along with coordinating with cross-discipline team members to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
