About The Position

Mizuho is hiring an Associate for its New York-based Structured Products Structuring and Analytics team. The position provides structuring and analytical support for public and private asset-backed securities (ABS) and bank-funded securitization transactions, and supports client presentations focused on asset analysis, structural recommendations, and transaction optimization. The position requires at least three years of ABS structuring experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, strong modeling and analytical skills, and the ability to manage concurrent projects under tight deadlines. Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Mizuho does not provide work-visa or employment-based immigration sponsorship for this position.
