Requirements

  • FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed and hold appropriate state registrations, OR ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire.
  • Comprehensive understanding of various investment solutions.
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills and ability to grow relationships.
  • Initiative and ability to exceed expectations.
  • Outstanding communication and consultative skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Must be able to attend in-person at the assigned Branch location.

Nice To Haves

  • Degree and/or other professional certifications such as a CFP are helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Develop customized financial plans through a wide range of products and services using sound judgment, keen knowledge of products, and Fidelity‘s planning tools.
  • Engage with existing clients and warm leads, focusing on providing investment solutions and growing relationships.
  • Utilize Fidelity’s guidance tools to engage in financial planning discussions by presenting solutions and service offerings that best meet client needs.
  • Prepare for and conduct efficient one-on-one appointments using technology to make the best use of the client’s time, and plan for post-appointment follow-up.
  • Grow relationships through proactive outreach, seeking to understand clients’ goals and objectives.
  • Refer clients to a wealth management partner based on their needs and financial complexity.
  • Educate customers on the values and differences of various investment solutions.
  • Work directly with clients to help them make investment decisions that are in their best interest.
  • Effectively navigate Fidelity’s planning and guidance tools, presenting and implementing solutions that best meet the client’s needs.
