Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant investment banking experience, or MBA graduates with at least 4 years of investment banking experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, valuation methodologies, and applied financial theory
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead teams and interact effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and interested in building long-term client relationships
  • Academic or professional training in finance, accounting, or related disciplines strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation and analysis of historical and projected financial information
  • Oversee financial modeling, valuation analyses, and transaction structuring
  • Manage due diligence processes and coordinate transaction execution teams
  • Prepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations, and marketing materials
  • Support new business development initiatives, including pitch creation and client strategy development
  • Maintain active communication with clients, prospective clients, and professional advisors
  • Mentor and supervise junior team members while ensuring high-quality analytical output
