About The Position

Piper Sandler is seeking a 2027 Summer Associate for its Investment Banking group in Houston, TX. This internship program provides an opportunity for candidates to grow over the summer by working in investment banking. As part of an industry team, interns will contribute to live deals and projects. The program begins with one week of orientation with the Summer Associate intern class, including training and team building. Each intern is paired with a peer and senior mentor throughout the program. Our Summer Associate internship program is a direct pipeline to full-time positions. Piper Sandler enables growth and success for its clients through deep sector expertise, candid advice, and a differentiated, highly productive culture. The investment banking group partners with corporate clients and financial sponsors to provide advisory and financing services related to mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets, private placements, restructuring, and corporate & venture services. They offer in-depth knowledge and industry relationships in core sectors including chemicals & materials, consumer, energy & power, financial services, healthcare, services & industrials, and technology.

Requirements

Enrolled in a full-time MBA program in the fall of 2026
Interest in a career in Investment Banking
Available for a summer internship in 2027
Enjoy working hard as part of a team
Work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
Cannot be an F-1 (student) visa holder who requires employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.
