About The Position

BMO Capital Markets is a full-service North American financial services provider offering equity and debt underwriting, corporate lending and project financing, mergers and acquisitions advisory, securitization, treasury management, market risk management, debt and equity research, and institutional sales and trading. It has more than 2,700 professionals in over 30 locations worldwide. The 10-week Summer Analyst program is designed for students between their junior and senior undergraduate years. Analysts are assigned to an Investment Banking product or industry group and gain practical experience in a capital markets environment. The program includes a one-week training and orientation, networking with bankers, learning and development sessions, and career guidance from dedicated mentors. Participation is considered an initial interviewing step for BMO Capital Markets' full-time Investment Banking program. Summer Analysts gain exposure to industries and financial products including public and private debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and financial advisory. The position is based at 151 W 42nd Street. The stated annual base salary is USD $110,000.

Requirements

Be enrolled in an undergraduate degree program and expect to graduate in December 2028 or Spring 2029.
Have an interest in investment banking.
