As a Senior Analyst, you will have 1-2 years of sell-side investment banking experience (technology coverage preferred, only considering graduates from 2025 and prior). You will work with senior professionals covering Software and Digital Media clients, learn about a range of end-markets: supply chain software, proptech, education technology, HCM software, semiconductors, sports tech, etc. You will support teams working on M&A as well as equity / debt capital raises, research economic and industry-specific developments, analyze financial statements and other investment attributes of publicly traded as well as private companies, and help prepare marketing materials and other presentations.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of sell-side investment banking experience (technology coverage preferred, only considering graduates from 2025 and prior)
- Strong academic track record, with a background in finance, accounting, business or economics
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- A high degree of intellectual curiosity and a desire to never stop learning
- Keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work product
- Ability to manage rapid timelines and proactively manage any potential conflicts
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, make informed decisions, and act independently
- Comfort presenting to and engaging with senior colleagues, clients, and counterparties
- Commitment to the firm and our clients
