About The Position
Morgan Stanley's Media & Communications Investment Banking Group is seeking an Associate or Vice President to join their New York office. The successful candidate will collaborate with professionals across the firm to provide high-quality advice to clients. This role involves working on a team with senior professionals who encourage creative thinking beyond just the numbers.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience within the investment banking industry, or 1-3+ years of post-MBA experience, with a proven track record working on executed deals across M&A and various industry sectors
- Extraordinarily high level of motivation and commitment to working hard
- Strong written and verbal communication, client and interpersonal skills
- Commercial instinct and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Series licensing or must obtain
Nice To Haves
- MBA and/or CFA designation would be an asset
- Relevant degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics or related field or foreign equivalent preferred
