  • Strong knowledge of DCF analysis, comparable companies, precedent transactions, transaction modelling, and deal structuring

  • Evaluate comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, DCF modelling, and related valuation methodologies
  • Review assumptions involving capital structure, financing, synergies, accretion/dilution, and transaction economics
  • Assess financial models and analytical outputs for internal consistency and commercial realism
  • Identify issues affecting the quality or credibility of transaction recommendations
  • Develop detailed instruction specifications for finance and transaction-related AI tasks
  • Produce high-quality reference solutions demonstrating professional investment banking standards
  • Define what constitutes a complete, technically sound response to complex financial problems
  • Translate practical deal experience into explicit and reproducible evaluation criteria
  • Develop tasks reflecting authentic investment banking and M&A workflows
  • Design challenging benchmarks covering transaction analysis and financial decision-making
  • Create evaluation sets testing valuation, modelling, strategic reasoning, and professional judgement
  • Develop criteria distinguishing rigorous finance work from plausible but incomplete analysis
  • Refine benchmarks based on model performance and research objectives
  • Apply senior-level judgement to complex transaction scenarios
  • Evaluate strategic rationale, financial implications, risks, and stakeholder considerations
  • Assess whether outputs appropriately account for real-world deal execution constraints

  • Participate in calibration sessions to maintain consistent evaluation standards
  • Apply hands-on experience with large language models to professional finance workflows
