About The Position

Turing is seeking investment banking professionals to work with its researchers to improve AI model performance. The role applies expertise in M&A advisory, capital raising, financial modeling, and deal structuring to evaluate and train AI systems. No prior AI experience is required. The engagement is fully remote and flexible, with a commitment of 10–30 hours per week for approximately one month, with possible extension based on performance and project needs. Compensation is approximately $100 or more per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in investment banking, such as M&A advisory, ECM, DCM, leveraged finance, or restructuring.
• Strong grasp of financial modeling, deal structuring, valuation methodologies, and corporate finance principles.
• Excellent written communication in English.

Nice To Haves

• CFA (Level I, II, or III).
• MBA in Finance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate large language models on investment banking topics, including M&A deal analysis, LBO modeling, accretion/dilution analysis, and pitch book creation.
• Create rubrics for assessing model capabilities in deal structuring, valuation (DCF, precedent transactions, and comparable companies), and due diligence assessments.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and finance experts to shape training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks.
