About The Position
This is an opportunity to become a key member of a world-class investment banking practice focused on companies in the healthcare industry. This role will focus on life sciences and Biopharma. The successful candidate will provide support to the Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team to execute a wide array of equity and equity-linked financings, including initial public offerings, follow-ons, structured deals, and convertible debt transactions.
Requirements
- Three or more years of relevant experience in investment banking
- Joint-bookrunner experience
- Bachelor's degree with an exemplary academic record
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic, meritocratic, team-oriented work environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Execute transactions as an Associate on the ECM team
- Interact directly with current and prospective clients
- Work closely with the broader investment banking team to coordinate all aspects of existing client management, new business origination, and deal execution
