Investment Banking Consumer - Senior Associate / Vice President
About The Position
As a member of the Investment Banking Division’s Consumer & Retail group, you will be working with managing directors, executive directors, associates, and analysts on servicing and executing client transactions. As a Senior Associate / Vice President, specific responsibilities of your role will include: Developing and leading a coverage effort across selected Specialty Finance sub-sectors Execution of M&A transactions – responsible for business and valuation analysis, financial modelling, investor outreach and coordination of negotiations between parties Preparing new business presentations and information memorandums for clients Development, training, and mentoring of new associates and analysts
Requirements
- MBA or other relevant graduate degree desirable, but not required
- A minimum of 3-4 years of investment banking M&A experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- SIE, Series 63, and 79 is required, or willingness to sit for the exams required
Nice To Haves
- Bulge bracket training program or Big 4 a plus
