We are currently looking for an Investment Banking Associate to join our Services & Industrials team in Minneapolis, MN. Our investment banking group partners with corporate clients and financial sponsors to provide advisory and financing services related to mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets, private placements, restructuring and corporate & venture services. We offer in-depth knowledge and industry relationships in our core sectors of chemicals, consumer, diversified industrials & services, energy & power, financial services, healthcare and technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of investment banking experience at the associate level or closely related experience
- Prior experience involving financial analysis and M&A transaction execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop internal and external relationships
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling
- Highly motivated, team player with an ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Provide advisory and financing services related to mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets, private placements, restructuring and corporate & venture services.
