About The Position
Piper Sandler is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join their Healthcare Medtech team in Minneapolis, MN or New York, NY. The investment banking group partners with corporate clients and financial sponsors to provide advisory and financing services related to mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets, private placements, restructuring, and corporate & venture services. They possess in-depth knowledge and industry relationships in core sectors including healthcare and technology.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years investment banking experience at the associate level
- Prior Medtech sector experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling
- Highly motivated, team player with strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Executing sell-side M&A transactions
- Developing internal and external relationships
- Providing advisory and financing services related to mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets, private placements, restructuring and corporate & venture services.
