We are currently looking for an Analyst to join our Depositories team within the Financial Services group in our Atlanta, GA office. The Analyst can expect to receive immediate exposure to a variety of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising transactions, and other strategic advisory projects, and provide significant, long-term growth potential and career advancement opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or other related degrees required
- Strong work ethic, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and learn quickly
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- U.S. work eligibility is required. Candidates must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future. For this role, we cannot offer employment to F-1 (student) visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in investment banking or a related financial field preferred; recent graduates with relevant internships or coursework will also be considered.
- Previous experience with financial modeling or formal training

Responsibilities
- Provide critical support during all phases of transaction execution
- Build financial models and perform valuation analyses
- Coordinate transaction due diligence
- Conduct industry- and company-specific research
- Interface directly with clients and senior bankers
- Develop a versatile skillset that will serve as a strong foundation for achieving career goals
