The Stephens Investment Banking Analyst Program is a unique two-year, generalist program designed to provide intensive training and continuous on-the-job experience. Analysts will assist junior and senior bankers in advising clients across various products and industries, gaining exposure to private equity firms and family offices. The program aims to equip analysts with the skills necessary for a rewarding career in finance while making significant contributions to the team. Analysts will be involved in deal structuring, financial modeling, presentation development, and client communications.
