About The Position

Piper Sandler is seeking a Class of 2027 Investment Banking Analyst for our Equity Private Placements team in our Minneapolis, MN office. Candidates who will be graduating in May/June 2027 are encouraged to apply. The investment banking analyst program is a rigorous program for exceptionally qualified individuals. Our analysts work closely with senior bankers to make a real impact on our clients’ businesses through involvement in all facets of investment banking activities including equity and debt offerings, valuations, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and strategic advisory work. The environment is collaborative, demanding, fast-paced and entrepreneurial. Top analysts are invited to stay on for a third year. Direct promotion to the Associate level is available for strong performers without an MBA.

Requirements

• Graduating in May/June 2027
• Work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, management, or other related degrees required

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with finance, accounting, and financial modeling is strongly encouraged
