About The Position

Citizens M&A Advisory is looking for a qualified Investment Banking Analyst to join our Consumer & Retail/Restaurant team. The location for this position is Charlotte, NC. This team provides investment banking services to lower mid-market firms (under $500 million in enterprise value) in the Consumer & Retail/Restaurant sector. Service offerings include sell-side and buy-side advisory, capital raises and strategic advisory. Requirements

• 1+ years of managing and assisting with the preparation of financial models and business valuations.
• Resourceful and diligent with professional communication and technical skills.
• Sense of ownership and ability / desire to act.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and desire to be part of a team.
• Ability to work efficiently and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• 1-2 years of work experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, accounting, or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist with the preparation of financial models and business valuations.
• Lead / participate in meetings with current and prospective clients.
• Conduct industry and company due diligence.
• Create and review marketing materials and pitch/presentation materials.
• Assist business development efforts.
• Manage consistent deal flow.
• Be involved in all stages of a transaction.
• Be an integral part of delivery to clients and prospects.
