About The Position

Zions Bancorporation’s Capital Markets Analyst Program offers a unique 2-year experience within a rapidly growing platform and team. This program is designed to maximize Analysts’ potential by providing foundational knowledge, skills, and experiences that will last a professional lifetime. Analysts will actively participate in transactions, collaborating with seasoned investment banking professionals to meet client needs. They will build meaningful relationships with internal team members, clients, investors, and external advisors, gaining exposure to all stages of the transaction lifecycle. Zions Capital Markets operates as a division of Zions Bancorporation, offering advisory and execution services in investment banking, debt capital markets, power & project finance, real estate capital markets, and sales & trading.

Requirements

Completed BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, and/or related majors, with a scheduled graduation prior to the annual June 7th start date.
Overall GPA of 3.5 or above.
Strong interest in finance and capital markets.
High degree of academic and extracurricular achievement.
Proven analytical ability, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
Solid leadership and interpersonal skills.
Superior written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Comfortable working with peers at all levels, ranging from fellow analysts through Managing Directors.
Willingness to commit substantial time and energy to the program.
