About The Position

ACE & Company, a private equity and venture capital group, with more than $2.0 billion in assets under management and over 20 years of investment experience. We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Investment Analyst to join its Investment Solutions team from the office in Geneva. The successful candidate will support the evaluation, execution, and monitoring of private markets investments while contributing to customized investment solutions for institutional and private clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in private equity, asset management, investment banking, consulting, or alternative investments.
• Fluent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional analytical and financial analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Nice To Haves

• A passion for applying technology to your work with familiarity with database management, no/low code, and AI tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating new investment opportunities and conducting financial analysis, including building financial models and market research.
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and internal documentation.
• Monitor existing portfolio companies, tracking financial and operating performance on an ongoing basis.
• Coordinate with the finance and operations teams regarding portfolio management, deal execution, and division operations.
• Support team members in various ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.
