Role Summary The investment analyst is responsible for fundamental analysis of a specific industry or sector to identify investible ideas for various portfolio strategies. Responsible for looking at both primary and secondary transactions.

Requirements

• MBA or at least 3 years of equity research experience

Nice To Haves

• Strong background in finance and accounting
• Proficiency in working with MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize work
• Intellectual curiosity and a disciplined approach to analysis

Responsibilities

• Involves interviews of company executives and management teams, competitors, suppliers, etc., as well as industry experts and Wall Street analysts
• Collaborate with other teams and Portfolio Managers via internal meetings
• Possible travel and industry conference attendance
