About The Position

The Point72 Academy Investment Analyst Program for Upcoming Graduates is a paid ten-month training program designed to introduce participants to the buy-side and prepare them for a potential career as an analyst at Point72. The program is seeking current students graduating between December 2026 and July 2027 to join its 2027 classes. Upon successful completion, graduates have the opportunity to join a network of over 230 Point72 Academy graduates placed at the firm. Successful analysts gain access to mentorship and professional development resources for career progression. The program begins with eight months of formal training in the New York City office, followed by two months of rotations with Fundamental Equities investment teams or similar roles. Upon successful completion, there is an opportunity to join an investing team as a full-time analyst.
