Provides support to the operational needs of the agency, to include the Traffic Bureau and/or the Criminal Investigations Bureau. Responsible for case management, planning processes, research, and assistance as requested. Answers and directs phone inquiries and provides customer assistance. Acts as court liaison between the county attorney and city prosecutor’s office. Responsible for all functions related to ARS 28-3511 to include impound hearings, daily towing reports, vendor performance reports, abandoned title verifications, annual review of legislation related to 3511 tows, and monitors the 3511 voicemail and email.
