International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking Investigations & Law Enforcement Development Interns & Fellows to support IJM staff in liaising with local law enforcement officials to ensure that they intervene to rescue identified victims and arrest and charge the identified perpetrators. These positions are for a 12-month program from January 2027 – December 2027, with field office deployment in Latin America (San Salvador, El Salvador; Lima, Peru; Guatemala City, Guatemala). Depending on experience, roles may involve assisting with report writing, organizing operations, creating intelligence reports, maintaining databases, developing protocols, assisting with training, researching equipment, operating investigative equipment, providing logistical support, training staff in investigation techniques, case development and management, compiling and analyzing criminal intelligence, and assisting with operations planning and risk management.
