Requirements

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety rules including safe operation of equipment.
Adhere to local, State, and Federal regulations inclusive but not limited to OSHA, DOT, and EEOC.
Attend and participate in operational meetings as required.
Maintain business confidentiality relative to picking, promotions, distribution methods, inventory, customer lists and financial reports.
Ability to read, count, write, and perform simple math calculations.
Responsible for the careful handling of all products, avoiding damage of any type.
Ability to learn technical material to accomplish necessary objectives.
Work requires moderate physical effort and use of motor skills requiring manual dexterity.
While performing duties of this job, employee will regularly stand, walk, kneel, crouch, and get on and off equipment repeatedly throughout the shift.

Nice To Haves

Bi-lingual preferred.
Ability to become certified in Hazardous Material handling.
Able to work with, create, and change SOPs for process and quality improvements.

Responsibilities

Maintaining accurate records.
Submit reports in a timely manner.
Cycle count all locations (Reserve, Case Pick, and Active). Research errors for trends and corrective action.
Prioritize and create cycle count tasks.
Ability to understand and follow system designated direction by RF to ensure accurate selection and movement of product.
Ability to give direction and follow-up to ensure assignments are complete.
Accurately and consistently review all compliance guidelines as indicated by the system.
Direct workforce during the shift.
Ensure all personnel are following Inventory SOP’s.
Motivate and keep employees focused as well as monitor employee’s timely return from break and lunch.
Accurately document all variances on cycle counts, cases in 10 and 15 status, and mixed location.
Ensure SOP’s are accurate and up to date.
Complete system transactions for shipping loads.
Investigate high scrap rates for workorders.
Close and actualize all workorders.
Reconcile rework activities.
Assist with month end closing by researching and clearing negative balances.
Provide Warehouse Manager with feedback for employee performance reviews.
Maintain working relationships with planners, deployment, traffic, and other corporate partners.
Maintain appropriate inventory of Pallets and order when necessary.
Any other duties as may be assigned.
