About The Position
Viridian Staffing's Client is looking for temporary Cannabis Inventory Technicians to work at their production facility. This role is ideal for individuals with an exceptional work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to punctuality. The company is a thriving Cannabis company, and successful candidates may have opportunities for full-time employment at the client site or placement with other Viridian Staffing clients. The position involves working in a professional, manufacturing environment and requires a strong awareness of safety protocols. The role is full-time temporary with potential for overtime.
Requirements
- Ability to stand, sit, climb, twist, and kneel up to 10 hours/day
- Ability to perform repetitive movements with your hands
- Ability to work in climates with varying temperatures
- Ability to be around cannabis plant material up to 10 hours/day
- Ability to wear required PPE up to 10 hours/day
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to take directions
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
- Proven work ethic and reliable transportation
- Ability to arrive on time
- Ability to work for a licensed cannabis operation in the State of Florida, which includes being at least 21 years of age and receiving authorization from the Florida Department of Health to work for a licensed operation
- Subject to background check per the rules and regulations set forth by the State of Florida
- Willingness to comply with OSHA, GMP, State of Florida, and Company regulations

- Inventory fulfillment
- Tracking data from various departments from concept to fulfillment
- Printing labels
- Grouping records and manifests
- Quality control
- Engaging seed to sale software
- Participating with general production support
- Working in multiple different departments
