About The Position

Mint Cannabis is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Team Member to join their retail inventory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock audits, and ensuring efficient stock control practices. This role requires a strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card in accordance with Arizona state regulations
• 1+ year of experience in inventory, warehouse, or stockroom operations
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically active environment
• Basic math and data entry proficiency
• Adaptable, team-oriented, and eager to learn new processes
• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Experience in cannabis inventory, warehouse, or stockroom operations

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy
• Track, update, and manage inventory records in internal computer systems
• Organize and maintain inventory storage areas following company standards
• Receive, inspect, and restock incoming shipments
• Prepare, pack, and process outgoing shipments
• Identify discrepancies, reporting low stock, and flagging inventory issues
• Assist in implementing inventory control procedures to minimize loss
• Ensure compliance with all Arizona cannabis inventory regulations and tracking protocols
• Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and other departments to ensure inventory alignment
