About The Position

We are one of the largest producers in the world of linear motion components such as: linear guideways, ballscrews, linear motors and stages. We are currently seeking an Inventory Team Lead to join our fast-paced, diverse, and safety-centric team. This role coordinates workflow, assigns tasks, and ensures inventory accuracy while leading by example. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a team environment, values accuracy, and is committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
2–5 years of inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing experience
ERP system experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
2+ years of forklift experience; must obtain and maintain HIWIN certification
Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and lift up to 30 pounds

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily workflow and assign team members to support inventory, storage, and material handling operations
Perform and oversee cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Ensure accurate material movement, storage, and transactions within ERP systems
Train and coach team members; lead by example in safety, productivity, and accountability
Support production by ensuring timely material availability and resolving inventory issues
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall operations
