About The Position

This role involves performing inventory counts inside gas stations and convenience stores. You will work across the sales floor, stockroom, coolers, and freezers, traveling to 1-3 different store locations per day. The locations vary daily. As a lead, you will guide a small team in the field and work alongside them during counts, ensuring jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. Key aspects of this job include early mornings, daily travel, and physical, hands-on work. Reliable transportation is required.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, active car insurance, and reliable transportation required for travel between job sites and participation in team carpooling (you will be required to drive)
• Ability to pass background check and MVR screening
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, bend, and squat
• Physical work includes frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, ladder use, and working in coolers and freezers

Responsibilities

• Accurately count inventory using a 10-key device (alongside your team)
• Lead, support, and hold team members accountable in the field
• Train and coach new and existing team members
• Communicate with store managers and represent the company on-site
• Coordinate daily job flow and ensure completion across locations
• Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and service standards across all audits
