Requirements

Ability to work Monday through Friday 6 am – 2:30 pm.
Detail-oriented.
Proficient with computer applications, Excel, and Access.
A "go-to" team member who consistently goes "above and beyond".
Ability to move around for long periods and lift 30 lbs unassisted.
All-star communicator fluent in English (both written and verbal).
Problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency with HighJump, SAP software, and AutoStore.

Responsibilities

Balancing 3 major operating systems: HighJump, SAP, and Exacta.
Communicating with multiple departments through email and in person to document discrepancies.
Researching failed messages on receipt tags from HighJump to SAP and communicating with the Wizards team to fix them as required.
Researching the previous days' adjustments and figuring out the root cause.
Investigating all part numbers that have different inventory values between HighJump, SAP, and Exacta.
Verifying locations through cycle counts.
Using Excel, Access, SAP, and HighJump to research and fix failed inventory adjustment messages between HighJump and SAP to ensure these failed ‘IDOCS’ are worked through daily.
