About The Position

This individual will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to other RDO Equipment Co. employees and vendors involved in the whole good ordering/planning process. This individual will be responsible for assisting the sales force in new equipment ordering, monitoring short line warranty, as well as assisting the field on questions pertaining to wholegoods.

Requirements

  • Strong commitment to supporting internal teams and delivering a positive experience.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to identify needs, coordinate solutions, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ability to learn and work within business systems.
  • Valid work authorization and ability to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Process orders for new equipment and attachments while assisting sales teams throughout the ordering process.
  • Coordinate with internal locations and external dealers to locate and secure equipment to meet business needs.
  • Use electronic systems to monitor equipment location and maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
  • Work closely with management and internal partners to ensure equipment is delivered with the correct specifications.
  • Provide timely, professional support to vendors and internal teams on inventory-related questions.
