About The Position

As the Retail Inventory Supervisor at Monarch Inventory Services, you’ll lead field inventory operations across retail environments, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and team excellence. You will manage teams of 2–15 inventory counters, guide them through precise and timely counts, and uphold Monarch’s commitment to quality and service. This is a field-based leadership role with approximately 90% field work and 80% travel, including local and nationwide assignments. Requirements

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
Ability to travel up to 80% of the time (local and nationwide).
Adaptability to varied site environments (e.g., cold storage, retail spaces, high-bay warehousing).
Availability for full-time work with varying schedules; 25–30 hours per week during training.
Comfort using handheld scanners, inventory software, and data entry tools.
Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Proven leadership and team management experience, preferably in inventory or operational settings.
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.
Strong communication skills and professionalism in client and team interactions.

Responsibilities

Supervise field inventory teams of 2–15 members to ensure accurate and efficient counting processes.
Actively participate in and oversee inventory counts, including high-value or sensitive areas.
Verify data accuracy through quality control checks and promptly resolve discrepancies.
Communicate professionally with clients, store management, and internal leadership teams.
Prepare and deliver detailed inventory audit reports following Monarch’s standards.
Coordinate and manage project timelines, ensuring jobs are completed within designated timeframes.
Maintain confidentiality of client data in accordance with company policies.
Support cross-practice travel projects and perform counting-level duties when required.
Foster a positive team environment through mentorship, motivation, and consistent communication.
