Requirements
- Post-secondary education or equivalent supervisory experience is an asset.
- Leadership and training skills.
- Retail or warehouse experience is an asset.
- Driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- High level of computer literacy.
- A desire to learn and a willingness to seize opportunities for promotion.
- Goal-oriented, a team player with good interpersonal skills and a hands-on management style.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of inventory clerks.
- Provide first-class service to new and existing clients.
- Establish and maintain good business relationships with clients.
- Count inventory with the team when not supervising or performing other duties.
- Work a varied schedule and travel to client locations.
