Requirements

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent supervisory experience is an asset.
  • Leadership and training skills.
  • Retail or warehouse experience is an asset.
  • Driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • A desire to learn and a willingness to seize opportunities for promotion.
  • Goal-oriented, a team player with good interpersonal skills and a hands-on management style.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of inventory clerks.
  • Provide first-class service to new and existing clients.
  • Establish and maintain good business relationships with clients.
  • Count inventory with the team when not supervising or performing other duties.
  • Work a varied schedule and travel to client locations.
