About The Position

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Inventory and Stand-Up Forklift Operator. This is a temp-to-hire position on the 1st shift, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with a pay rate of $20-$23 per hour. The role involves operating a stand-up/reach truck, performing inventory control tasks, supporting warehouse workflow, and lifting up to 50 lbs. The position requires the ability to work mandatory overtime and Saturdays. As the role expands, additional duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Proven reach truck experience (must pass onsite test)
• Background in inventory control, warehouse operations, or material handling
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for the full shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and ability to work OT/Saturdays

Nice To Haves

• Experience with RF scanners, WMS, or cycle counting
• Flexibility to learn new tasks as the role grows

Responsibilities

• Operate Stand-Up / Reach Truck safely and efficiently (testing required)
• Perform inventory control tasks: counts, adjustments, stock movement, cycle counts
• Support inbound/outbound warehouse workflow
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and maintain a steady production pace
• Complete additional duties as assigned as the role expands
• Work mandatory overtime and Saturdays
