Primary responsibility of Inventory Specialist is to perform the day-to-day operations and administrative responsibilities of the Asurion forward stocking locations for various in-home client programs. This person serves as an integral part of the Supply Chain Management support team in providing support and ensuring smooth and effective operations and will provide a variety of professional, administrative, and/or clerical services to department and management. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Support warehouse operations as well as any administrative tasks to meet quality and productivity metrics supporting overall business needs. Assist teams to ensure timely product movement, availability and disposition according to process Confirm and support all required shipping and receiving protocols Monitor and update applicable software programs as needed Maintains inventory accuracy by researching and performing follow-ups when discrepancies arise Troubleshoots issues related to office management, including telephony, computers, printers, and facilities. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by department and management. Collaborate pro-actively and successfully across departmental boundaries. On a daily basis operate in compliance with Federal, State and Local authorities. OTHER FUNCTIONS Other duties as assigned.
