Inventory Specialist- 2nd Shift
About The Position
The Inventory Specialist is responsible for performing daily Cycle Counts and maintaining the RMA Inbounds and Damage/Hold Area. They are expected to meet company standards of safety, security and productivity. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Protect the accuracy, integrity and salability of our client’s inventory and adhere to standard operating procedures and meet physical inventory and/or cycle count accuracy expectations Perform daily Cycle Counts and Count Requests, and manage RMA, Inbound and Hold Areas Safely and efficiently use appropriate power equipment (forklift, standup, walkie-rider) in prescribed work methods and utilize radio frequency equipment. Inspect equipment and report issues to maintenance Comply with OSHA and company safety policies and procedures All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
- Must have Previous Standup-Forklift or Reach Truck certification (Required)
- Must possess a high energy level and be willing and eager to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Must be detailed oriented and be able to handle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to excel in a team-oriented environment dedicated to safety, customer satisfaction, and achievement of quality and productivity goals.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- Warehouse management system experience, including RF scanners and/or Voice (Preferred).
