About The Position
This is a fully onsite W2 role for a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for researching distribution errors, tracking credit return numbers, assisting with inventory adjustments, and maintaining warehouse master data. The role involves conducting daily cycle counts, comparing physical counts to system counts, and resolving any discrepancies. Teammates are expected to follow all company policies and procedures and meet or exceed individual and departmental metrics.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Strong researching and problem solving skills
- Strong math background
- Experience with a WMS system is a must

- Good typing skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Responsibilities
- Research distribution errors reported by the Client Services team.
- Provide and track a credit return number to the client services team when warranted.
- Assist with inventory adjustments and warehouse master data maintenance.
- Conduct cycle counts of product on a daily basis.
- Compare the physical count to the system count and resolve any variances within those counts.
- Count product daily according to a count schedule.
- Analyze counts for variances and perform any necessary bin to bin movements.
- Research any remaining variances for errors in shipping, receiving, locating, etc.
- Block missing product and adjust product counts in order to assure smooth product flow.
