An Inventory Specialist works with and reports to the General Manager and is responsible for HUB operation while performing the following duties. Other duties may be assigned. This role requires the ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, with accommodations made for individuals with disabilities. The position demands competence in oral and written communication, basic math computations, and prior retail experience including merchandising and inventory management. The ability to drive a forklift (if certified and applicable), use a hand truck and pallet jack, and maintain a well-mannered, neat appearance are also necessary. The role requires flexibility in scheduling, including nights and weekends, and the ability to report to work on short notice. Immediate reporting of any company policy or procedure violations to the General Manager and/or District Manager is required.
