We are looking for a detail-driven Inventory Specialist to play a critical role in managing and maintaining accurate inventory across multiple systems and locations. This position is essential to supporting our sales, finance, and operations teams by ensuring real-time, reliable inventory data that drives business success. In this role, you won't just track inventory-you will own the integrity of our major unit inventory across all platforms, ensuring that what we sell, market, and report is accurate, complete, and up to date. Your work directly impacts: Sales performance, Customer experience, Financial accuracy, Operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Maintain and track all major unit inventory including new/used units, motors, trailers, and lifts
Ensure all inventory is accurately entered and updated across CRM, DMS, and website platforms
Audit inventory regularly to ensure completeness and accuracy
Upload and maintain product details including descriptions, pricing (MSRP), photos, and trade data
Ensure all listings are customer-ready and reflect current availability
Monitor website and third-party platforms to ensure proper functionality and accuracy
Identify and resolve discrepancies across systems
Travel to locations to verify physical inventory as needed
Partner with store managers and sales teams to ensure alignment on inventory tracking
Communicate regularly with offsite locations to maintain visibility and accountability
Having the ability to arrive to the assigned location daily and drive company vehicle to alternate dealerships when needed to support the role and business need
