Requirements

At least 1 year of directly related experience and/or training in an inventory, analyst, or logistics role or environment, preferably in the food or beverage industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience working with a high sense of urgency, preferably in a fast-paced work environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft suite (core applications), Google, and Slack.
Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written.
Basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Ability to maintain/manage confidential information.
Must be 21 years of age or older (as required by state regulations).
Must submit to a background check.
Must obtain all applicable state-required permits, licenses, and certifications.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Jira and/or other management platforms and software.
ServSafe or Food Handler’s Card.
Willingness to obtain forklift certification, if required.

Responsibilities

Accurately document and track all finished products within state-mandated inventory tracking systems (METRC, or state equivalent) and internal tracking systems.
Coordinate inventory before and after packaging, testing, and sales fulfillment.
Facilitate and assist with all sale transactions, serving as a point-of-contact for company sales representatives.
Document and enter all inventory from the production kitchen into METRC or other state-specific inventory tracking systems.
Clearly label all inventory.
Perform daily audits of physical inventory.
Collaborate with the Inventory Supervisor or Manager on inventory levels and packaging planning.
Log all transfers of inventory items into finished packaged sellable units.
Fulfill orders, complete manifest documentation, and facilitate the intake and outtake of product with sales representatives.
Receive, stage, and coordinate the flow of raw materials throughout the facility.
Maintain a clean and organized inventory vault and ensure a safe working environment.
Effectively communicate information and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the company.
Report any product or production equipment that appears damaged, spoiled, broken, unusable, or unsatisfactory in any way to supervisors.
Communicate discrepancies in quantities or quality of product.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned based on business needs.
