Requirements

  • At least 1 year of directly related experience and/or training in an inventory, analyst, or logistics role or environment, preferably in the food or beverage industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience working with a high sense of urgency, preferably in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite (core applications), Google, and Slack.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written.
  • Basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Ability to maintain/manage confidential information.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older (as required by state regulations).
  • Must submit to a background check.
  • Must obtain all applicable state-required permits, licenses, and certifications.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Jira and/or other management platforms and software.
  • ServSafe or Food Handler’s Card.
  • Willingness to obtain forklift certification, if required.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately document and track all finished products within state-mandated inventory tracking systems (METRC, or state equivalent) and internal tracking systems.
  • Coordinate inventory before and after packaging, testing, and sales fulfillment.
  • Facilitate and assist with all sale transactions, serving as a point-of-contact for company sales representatives.
  • Document and enter all inventory from the production kitchen into METRC or other state-specific inventory tracking systems.
  • Clearly label all inventory.
  • Perform daily audits of physical inventory.
  • Collaborate with the Inventory Supervisor or Manager on inventory levels and packaging planning.
  • Log all transfers of inventory items into finished packaged sellable units.
  • Fulfill orders, complete manifest documentation, and facilitate the intake and outtake of product with sales representatives.
  • Receive, stage, and coordinate the flow of raw materials throughout the facility.
  • Maintain a clean and organized inventory vault and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Effectively communicate information and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the company.
  • Report any product or production equipment that appears damaged, spoiled, broken, unusable, or unsatisfactory in any way to supervisors.
  • Communicate discrepancies in quantities or quality of product.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned based on business needs.
