An Inventory Specialist works with and reports to the General Manager and is responsible for HUB operation while performing the following duties. Other duties may be assigned. This role requires the ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, with reasonable accommodations made for individuals with disabilities. The ideal candidate must be competent in oral and written communications, handle basic math computations, and possess prior retail experience including basic merchandising and inventory management skills. The ability to drive a forklift (if certified and applicable), use a hand truck and pallet jack is necessary. A well-mannered, neat appearance and the ability to interact positively with the public are essential. Previous work records demonstrating stability and performance results are preferred. Scheduling flexibility, including the ability to work on short notice, nights, and weekends, is required.
