We are hiring Inventory Specialists for a brand-new, high-profile warehouse operation in Moreno Valley, California. This exciting start-up operation will run 24/7 and is looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about accuracy, teamwork, and operational excellence. As an Inventory Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting warehouse operations, and helping build efficient processes during the launch of this exciting new operation. About the Role How you will contribute Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and integrity through the identification of problems and the implementation of appropriate corrective action plans. Work closely with various departments and management regarding inventory issues and the appropriate resolution. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Previous inventory, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working with technology and warehouse systems
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable attendance and strong teamwork mindset
  • Ability to work flexible schedules in a 24/7 operation
  • Experience with cycle counting and inventory audits is a plus
  • Experience with inventory management experience is required.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, SAP and Filemaker.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work to strict deadlines and work overtime to meet business requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills
  • Forklift experience is a plus
  • Experience in start-up or high-volume warehouse operations preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records and transactions
  • Perform cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Support inbound, outbound, and storage operations
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanning devices
  • Track inventory movements and ensure data accuracy
  • Partner with Operations, Quality, and Customer teams to support operational goals
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives and operational reporting
  • Maintain organized inventory locations and warehouse standards
  • Follow all safety and operational procedures
  • Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and integrity through the identification of problems and the implementation of appropriate corrective action plans.
  • Work closely with various departments and management regarding inventory issues and the appropriate resolution.
  • Other duties as assigned.
