About The Position

The Inventory Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring product quality, and supporting loss‑prevention efforts. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and mathematical skills, and consistent professionalism. The associate will collaborate closely with management to uphold standards, refine processes, and ensure operational accuracy across all inventory‑related activities.

Requirements

  • Experience in inventory management, quality control, or a related operational role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with basic computer programs and inventory systems.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills, including comfort with statistical methods.
  • High level of detail orientation and accuracy.
  • Understanding of supply chain processes and logistics workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Perform precise digital and physical counts; reconcile discrepancies promptly.
  • Verify product dimensions, weights, and specifications against database records.
  • Adhere to established procedures to reduce shrinkage and prevent errors.
  • Document adjustments, stock levels, and inventory operations with clarity and accuracy.
  • Ensure items meet required standards, specifications, and packaging requirements.
  • Capture and store photos of pallets, labels, and shipment conditions.
  • Complete quality checks and maintain organized, accurate documentation.
  • Escalate quality, documentation, or packaging concerns to appropriate personnel.
  • Keep work areas clean, safe, and well‑organized.
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to management.
  • Remain informed on shipping requirements, logistics procedures, and industry best practices.
